... the best tip I can offer is to get on a flight with an excellent cabin and purser like my recent RT JFK-SAN on 763 with NGBC (new to that route). Sluggoaafa and his team took most excellent care of myself and Mrs. Twofly and the entire FC cabin both out and back. What a pleasure to fly with a such a knowledgeable, professional, helpful, smiling, caring crew.
