Zuji is a disaster. And they are owned or controlled by Travelocity anyway.
They have in the past confirmed only ONE DIRECTION of a trip, informed me to call them...but they are only open from 8AM-8PM! Refunds take FOREVER to be processed... And they don't specify the fare class any time before booking (the ultimate miles junkie's sin).
They also surcharge MasterCard and promote Visa to the point of ridiculousness.
