Actually, Puchero is composed of various meats (not only beef) and a very wide selection of vegetables and side dishes..... the real Puchero has chicken, pork, various sausages, (sometimes even lamb), and the veggies include pumpkin, spinach, celery, onions, various varieties of beans, etc. etc. etc. Its the ideal winter time feast!!! ^
