I don't think they care enough except for major glitches.
Sadly, it may be true.
However, being an end FT user, I just do what I can do and report the problems I encounter. What IB and FT IT staff decide to do with (or ignore) the info, that's beyond my control.
On another note, I printed out the entire search problems thread, next, it's colored highlighter time: problems, fixed, workarounds, suggestions, etc. I'll probably PM the list to you, if you don't mind double checking that I got everything,...
If you need an extra set of eyes, I'll do my best. I am not a techie, so don't expect I'll catch them all.

Instead of pm, send your list to my email, so I don't have to worry about the quota of PM. (I don't have the privileged 2500 limit.

I hope IB will appreciate you volunteer so much of your personal time. I also hope they will take in all of our input and make our FT visits a much more pleasant experience.
