Forgive me for not getting back to you earlier. Regarding sexual harassment, laws differ in different states, but a formal complaint is not required, although it is very helpful. As long as management knows about an inappropriate situation and does nothing, that can be the basis for a sexual harassment claim. Also, I don't think we can assume what the girl said to management.

yeah, we can't speculate on anything but going by what the OP states and since thats all I have to go on, I'll do the unthinkable and assume those are the facts. if so, is there a case here?
