• 100% transparent to passengers. In other words, don't talk to me without a really good reason for doing so.
• Nearly false-positive free. Even a 1% false positive rate is grossly unacceptable.
• Completely free of any prejudice
• Come out of the existing security budget. No additional funds should be allocated for behavior detection; instead stupidity should be trimmed from the existing budget (though I doubt Idiot Boy Hawley knows anything about budgeting)

I do not think the TSA can accomplish the above and I don't care if they are the only ones stepping up to the plate. If it can't be done correctly, it shouldn't be done at all.
