I thought the TSA didn't bother with general aviation.
If he chartered that jet into DCA, he had to be screened. And he had to pay $$$ to carry a FAM or other armed/authorized federal law enforcement officer on-board.
It might have been faster to do what the other corporate jets do - fly into Dulles and drive.
