I would see this reasonable for premium tickets but not for any sort of status, doesnt matter what airline.
Like 100KM transfer radius for a F ticket.
EK might offer it, VS as well but consider the fleet that they have !
Imagine LH would make it a habit driving HONS and C pax through germany with the volume they have.
From the customer viewpoint great, I would take it right away. But it doesnt make much economical sense. Reminds me on the US Helicopter/Limo service in New York !
