as far as a I can see there is still no sexual harrassment here; just some questionable judgement

Can't say that the manager has significant grounds to toss him without any type of request to stop his actions. to the best of my knowledge the only request to stop was the incident with the manager on his OP

yes, i think its quite possible this is a hoax though; the lack of any further response sure isn't helping his cause
