Okay, well, maybe, someday. But I think things will change slowly.

In September of 2005, the only smokefree coffee shops in all of Vienna were the Starbucks.

And the few restaurants that had the concept of a "non-smoking area" tended to think that meant 1 table without an ashtray.

Being allergic, I'm in no rush to go back...
