- No room upgrade - booked Deluxe Park view for $950 (RC rate was $920).
Received just the same on highest floor (22nd).

Emailed the hotel before stay and was told that they do not upgrade FHR bookings but therefore they are offering free Club Lounge access (which we luckily received) upon availability.

The lounge is very nice with a view of Central Park, about 6 different food presentations per day (including American Caviar in the early evening) and all day bottomless champagne. You could easily skip dinner with all that food!

- Was asked about late checkout when checking in. No problem using the Club lounge afterwards until 8pm as we had late flight home.

- Continental breakfast in restaurant or breakfast through room service ($80 allowance). Had room service breakfast for $87. Was removed totally from the bill (incl. gratuity).

- Special amenity was a lunch in their BLT Market reataurant ($85 allowance).
Did not have to pay anything for taxes, gratuity and tips.
