- Upgrade to a Hudson View room / High Floor from a Standard Room

- Asked about 4 pm checkout at checkin which I gladly accepted

- Received a letter explaining all the benefits at checkin

- Continental breakfast for two in Asiate restaurant or through in-room-dining. Chose in-room-dining and did not have to pay for the gratuity and the tip

- Special amenity was a lunch (or brunch on the weekends) for two at their Asiate restaurant. As it was easter they offered an easter brunch ($68 per person). With drinks and gratuity this came to over $200 for the two of us. Did not have to pay for taxes, gratuity and tip.

- Booked an FHR special offer which included $100 off your stay plus a special culinary amenity delivered to your room (unfortunately we never received that amenity)
