- Upgrade to Club Floor including Club Lounge access (booked Park King room)

- Asked if I wanted to use the 4 pm checkout when checking in - unfortunately I had an early flight the next morning.

- Full buffet breakfast with a great selection in their restaurant.

- Special amenity was a bottle of German Gewurztraminer Spaetlese wine and a small cheeseboard with very good artisanal cheeses.

- Room booked through FHR was 30 Euros cheaper than through the Hyatt website
