EK wrote back and gave me half of the fare back (around £569) and offered a return upgrade next time I fly
Can you let me know if you think this is fair
I am flying tomorrow night, I think I could put up with a broken seat and no entertainment for 1/2 my money back and a free return upgrade.
Can you remember your seat number and A/C registration???
