SQ or LH from FRA to JFK?

hello,

I have just checked with the ana tool availability and I got one F-class seat either on LH *** (2 flights are aivalable) or on SQ 26 from FRA-JFK. So which one should I choose? When I fly LH I can use their F-terminal and all F-class service stuff. But which F-class is better regarding service, food, seat, ...
