2. The fare and rules are locked after your first flight. If you want to change continents before your first flight it will be a reprice. After your first flight there is no reprice, but it will be a reissue, and you might be charged with extra taxes/fuel fines. If you increase the number of continents you will have to pay extra, and if you reduce the number of continents you won't get a refund.
