This Saturday, the 27th, I am scheduled to fly to SFO from SEA. And return on Monday the 29th. The person who I am visiting had a severe accident and is in the ICU, thus it is not approprate for me to visit him, who is a family member. United said there was nothing they could do for me when I called. Please, please help with any ways to change my ticket to a later date. Note that the $100 dollar itn. change fee is only $39 less than the price of the ticket. Please let me know if there is anything you have expirenced that is close to what I am dealing with.
