I've just made another order earlier today, and their website had 'free postage' banner images all over their website - with no mention of a £15 minimum.
In fact, I spent just under £15, and wasn't charged postage - and got an email earlier this evening saying my order had shipped ^
However, there is now *nothing* on my order history on bmi shopping for the last transation
So it appears I now have no proof on their system that I made a previous order...
Who should I contact to get this chased up -
diamond club? Or someone else? I was looking to make some more serious purchases online shortly, but don't feel confident about getting the miles as billed
