Sorry I had missunderstood the problem. I don't work off the web-site...yet! The new reservation system is supposed to have us working on a web based platform. Kind of a scary thought for me. I guess we will get used to it. I just hope it's a stable site. I am sure I will be trained soon as a web-support agent and may understand this stuff a bit better at that time.
