Unhappy 2 weeks after 9-11...

I flew up to back from Boston Logan to New York La Guardia (I WILL not use airport codes, there are NORMAL people here who do not know airport codes), 2 weeks after 9-11-01. I have flown since I was 9, (30+ years ago) and have never had fears of flying (even in lightening and thunder storms) but when I flew back to NYC from Boston and was about the height where the 2 jets crashed, I got goose bumps and started panicking. I am absolutely positive NONE of the passengers on the 2 planes knew there were going to die by crashing into the twin towers. Until then, NO hijacked airliner EVER crashed into a building. As God loving and people loving as I am, those terrorist did nothing but do injustice to human kind.

On that Delta Shuttle flight on a beautiful September day, there were 2 other passengers besides myself along with the 2 flight attendants. I was in NYC 2 miles from the Twin Towers and went as close to Canal Street (less than a mile) to take pictures that day. I HAD to move away from NYC due to post-traumatic syndrome. On that particular day, I felt no joy that the flight was empty but complete sadness at those who lost their lives on a routine flight. Rest in Peace fellow flyers. Never again, Never forget.
