Similar here. I travel very light, and buy what I need when I get to Asia... it is so easy to get clothes, toiletries, what-have-you, that it simply doesn't pay to load myself down before I go. If I get a bunch of stuff while traveling, I get an inexpensive duffel bag and check it on the return.
