as we are talking about Japanese meal, anyone knows if the menu changes regularly?
I'm having NRT to MSP on U in July, checked the menu but not quite interested into it.

I had just been to nwa.com and Japanese meal option is available under "Special Request:" dropbox.
Don't forget to check the flights you want to have special request.
