Don't know how regional these are (since I haven't looked here on the west coast) but Little Debbie snacks, especially the Swiss Rolls, are made in TN and were a favorite of my childhood. I think of them as being in a similar category as Moon Pies. I don't eat them often but once in a while I get a craving for them.
