From what i've seen of the motherboard in the MBA, there is nothing that can be upgraded. The CPU is soldered and glued in place, so no user upgrading like in many other notebooks.
For that matter CPU upgrades arent exactly common for Win machines either. All computers are "orphans" as far as Im concerned. Unless they change software/OS and no longer support it (I think very unlikely) it isnt even a consideration to me.
