Sorry that my creating a new thread displeasured you so much. From my OP it should have been obvious that the searched I caried out here and at TripAdvisor had not provided me with the answers I needed. A new thread seemed like the best option.

I didnt realise it was 'the norm' in the HHonors forum to add my current question onto threads that have not been posted in for 14+ months. I will be midful of this in the future.

In the meantime, please do not let new threads cause you too much distress, life is short after all.
