Did it say "rack is points eligible" or "rate is points eligible"?
It seems like a confirmation that the rate
is indeed eligible.
Anyway, here are the T&C:
"You earn Choice Privileges points or Airline Rewards or Amtrak Guest Rewards points for individual travel on the following qualifying standard rate plans (SRPs). They are: Rack, Corporate (SCR, CORP, LCORP), VIP (SPC), Net Preferred (SNP), Government/Military (SGM, GOVT), 50+ Mature Traveler (SSC), Travelers' Discount (STD), AAA/CAA (S3A, AAA, LAAA), Inn-to-Inn (SII), PSTDB, PSTDC, P2BB1D, P3BB2D, Small Organization Savings/Significant Savings (SSO), Sixty Plus Rate (SSV), Sports Rate (LSPRT), CPSA (LR7),
negotiated rates (N), and select LSRPs (LBEST, LDEAL, LHOME, LNINE, LGDS, LPCT, LCORP, LSTATE, LTFT, LGO, L5, L10, L15 and L20)."
