There's no doubt that there is room for improvement with the breezeway process. I do think that Zone 1 should not have to compete with any other groups.

My ideal would be for Medallions to use breezeway only if they missed boarding when their zone was called.

The way it's happening now, it often looks like a two-lane stampede with Zone 1 and elites in one lane, and everyone else in the other.
