Perhaps someone else can help you with the replacement to the Marriott card...if there's no annual fee you could always just put it in your drawer and forget about it.

With Diners you can transfer points to AA miles at a 1:1 ratio...although there is a .1% handling fee ($.95 per 1000 miles).
