Trudat. Back when I was a lowly 2p on United (Premier, bottom status), I remember trying to fly early to Chicago one day. I got to LGA around noon, with plenty of time to make the 1pm, 2pm, or 3pm flights (all of which would have gotten me home in time to make an event I wanted to attend). I was scheduled on the 7pm flight. I couldn't clear a single standby list, thanks to my crap status.

This was 3 years ago and I am still annoyed!!
As a 1p, I generally cleared standby lists, and as a 1k, I believe that I always cleared it.
