Interesting approach from BA.
I think that the response from KL/AF was to have the DL/NW operated flights, and I don't foresee many more being added to NYC, at least not right now.
On the plus side, this glut of capacity is going to make the flight part of a weekend jaunt to LON or NYC less expensive than going to LAX or somewhere on the Continent.
