2nd US. Route: Bangalore (BLR) - New York (NYC) - Newark/JFK operated y A340-500

1st Routes outside USA: Bangalore (BLR)/Mumbai (BOM) - London/Heathrow (LHR) operated daily by A330-200s. Scheduled to start in the summer, although aircraft have since been contracted to Air India. When does this start?
