Great idea!

There is a machine in the main duty free at T4, which always seems to be working. But it's a real hassle to have to walk all the way back there to get your points added!

Another gripe I have is the BAA website: I ordered rewards which never showed up (twice), despite the fact the website gave me a confirmation. The points, however, were NOT deducted from my account, so I didn't bother chasing it. I'll just re-order next time I need the voucher.
