Well I'm more of a West Coast person in regards to food so I like what you call "CA cusine." For example, my favorite fast food is not a slice of pizza but a spicy chicken teriyaki at one of the many small teriyaki places in SEA. However, in NYC I would eat pizza if I were to have any type of fast food. I actually prefer bread with garlic and oil than with butter. Whatever fits for you.
