I'm guessing since I haven't taken the taxi between the places you've mentioned, but based on distance, I'd say $12 from DCA and $5 from King Street. Please override me anyone that has more direct experience.
I didn't see any indication of a shuttle from DCA, but it's possible I wasn't paying enough attention.
Nice hotel, nicely upgraded rooms, nice 3k bonus, but a bit far from DC for me to go back.
