Good question -- there is nothing in the T&C that prohibits use to/from Hawaii. I'm guessing this was an oversight

That raises the question, has anyone tried to use the 4 One-Way Confirmed Domestic Upgrades to/from Hawaii or Alaska from 2007? I don't see anything in the
2007 T&C that says no. Hmmm...
