Access to CC After Post-Count Reduction

In advance, I apologize for the somewhat redundant message - I posted a similar message in the Community forum. Wish I could delete ....

Hello - I had been called out for "post-padding" and my post count was reduced below the CC threshold. After being "rehabilitated" and learning my lesson, I have continued to post content that is not "padding" and am currently above 90 posts. This has been the case for several days now, yet I still do not have access to CC.

Any ideas? I have tried logging out and logging back in.
