I will be going YUL-YYZ-PHX. YYZ will not be my final destination and I will not be checking any baggage. I was wondering once I arrive at YYZ from YUL and obtain my Nexus receipt, what line do I get into in order hand over my receipt and declaration form to a US customs officer.
