Yes, I think it was last October that I did this the last time, and it worked on the spot. But again -- it was after two unsuccessful on-line requests (waiting the advertised 48 hours each time).
Interesting, I was about to call this morning for a trip on Dec 14 that hasn't posted, and magically it appeared!
