Missing Point Requst Form
Recently traveled from NYP - WAS for business aboard the Acela. Since work booked it for me, never had the chance to put in my AGR number. After the trip I tried to use the missing point request form on the AGR website. It claims that 48 hours later the points should be provided. I have tried to do it twice to no avail. Any thoughts on follow up action? Can I mail in the actual boarding pass stubs? Thanks.
