Got my card today at YVR. They are booking appointments for May now (earliest date available)!

Took about 1.5 hours from start to finish. US guys seemed to be having trouble with my fingers on the fingerprint machine and did 5 takes for each (left hand, right hand and thumbs).

They asked for things that they did not tell me to bring, e.g. birth certificate (but then said I didn't need it). They also want me to give them my UK passport number even though I never use it to travel to the USA.
