I'll give you a pass on this whole thread because of the FAM bumping experience... but I'll take VX over AA or UA F with the possible exception of F on a 3 class SFO/LAX-JFK. Even then, I'd still opt for VX and save $1,500+ one way. I'm willing to overlook the lack of a lounge and priority security line for the seat comfort, FA attitude, IFE and overall experience and lower fare.
And there is no way anyone can objectively say the any AA seat (especially those wonderful 18.5" width 763 F seats) is better than a VX seat.
My only complaint with VX is they only have 2 rows which sell out pretty quickly on the SFO-JFK fllights.
