CO does havwe a habit of not doing so well at cascading the delays through the system in a timely manner so late flights appear on-time for longer than they should be, especially for turns at outstations, but otherwise this is business as usual.
Funny, DL, UA and US all have exactly the same shortcoming. US frequently holds that the outbound will depart at the unchanged, original time, prior to the posted, delayed, arrival time of the inbound equipment.
(I suppose the time they spend mastering defeat of the time-space continuum explains why they succeed at so little else.
