Of course I agree with you when you say you got gyped in your particular situation, but you haven't said anything to back up your claim that their F class is "not up to snuff". I think it's the best domestic F class there is. The only thing you mention that's subpar is the lack of a curtain???
i plan on taking this fight through vx corporate for as long as it takes to get my refund. i'll lobby congress if i need to. don't care. they messed up. they need to fix it.
I'm confused, because in your original post you claim that they already promised you a refund, and here you seem to indicate that you are not getting one.
