Thumbs down multi-city booking engine not working

Absolutely! I havebeen trying to book a multi for over a week and get the same error (connectivity difficulties) when it tries to calculate points required. NOT GOOD! Have sent 2 feedbacks to technical support. I would like to hear from others who are having the same problem.

Simple return bookings work no problem.
