I recently read that Block 37 will have a Rosa Mexicano (where they make it at your table). That's the way to eat it - fresh!
It's made on site...the stuff turns brown within a day or two. Don't think there are any preservatives.
(Agreed on the "sour" taste -- this stuff doesn't have it.)
