Because land segments between "co-terminals" in one city now count as a segment, is there a way to eliminate use of co-terminal codes like BUE, LON, NYC?
I had validated a 20 segment itinerary using USH-BUE-MAD, which was initially accepted by AA RTW office, but was subsequently rejected when Dublin reviewed it.
