I assume you mean the on board service?
The FCT is not just better, it is a million times better then anything LY offer.
In fact the whole ground services and experience when traveling LH out of FRA is fantastic in comparison to any other airlines I have traveled with.

I'm sure LY's service onboard in F is great, although I have never sampled it myself.
The regular menu I am afraid...
The FCT facilities are better than the King David lounge (even though I like it very much) and especialliy as you say the service in the lounge and the fact that you do the check in there as well as the ride to the plane.
