I think you are one of the very few people anywhere who would willingly pay one to two hundred dollars for airline food, even good airline food. I have a feeling that that price point is not going to catch on

Good god!! For two hundred bucks per person, one can get a
really nice meal with great wine on the ground. And there is no risk of an overcooking error rendering the entree inedible.
