Hi all,

Please forgive me if this is a dumb question. I'd like to get a mileage upgrade to FC on a redeye for which there are P class seats available. The NWA SE customer service line told me that I can't get such an upgrade unless there are U class seats available, and apparently there aren't any available. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I had the impression that mileage upgrades to FC were easy to do once you had Elite status. The irony is that this is my GE qualifying flight, too!
