You can't stop over in SIN en route between LHR and PER (connecting is okay) and you can't return to the country of issuance (NRT) before the end of the trip, so the intitial NRT-ICN-NRT trip wouldn't be allowed. Only 4 segments and two stopovers allowed in continent of issuance, too.
